Helping people feel better about themselves has always been one of my biggest priorities. For many years, my focus in the fitness industry was on being the best example of health and wellness for my clients. Make-up was never a priority; I cared most about training and eating right. But as I’ve gotten older, I’ve come to realize that feeling beautiful inside also plays a huge role in overall well-being.

That's why I decided to take a make-up course through the Alicia Buckle School of Make-Up. This experience has been life-changing for me. I’ve discovered that life isn’t just about fitness and health—it’s also about embracing the "pretty" side of things, like make-up, lipsticks, and that feeling of being a princess or a prince.

Now, my mission has expanded. I want to help others not only feel strong and healthy but also feel beautiful.

 

I want to create the kind of face that makes you smile when you look in the mirror, that reminds you of your worth and beauty.
